A few boys names that I like are Carter, Landon, Logan, Dylan, Kayden, and Brenner. We'll see if I ever use any of them in the future - with my hubby's genes we are likely to have all boys :) Good luck with the decision!

That's funny that the two previous comments mention the name I really like - Carter. It's not for sure though, that's why I'm asking for suggestions.Curtis thinks Cannon and Carter might be too confusing -especially since they will be close in age. Oh, and I like Landon too, but it is taken because Curtis' brother's wife is due 8 days before me - Oct. 13th and they are naming him Landon.

Landon must be popular. We considered this name because it was Eldon's nickname as a kid...my next choice was Stockton, but was vetoed by Eldon. Good luck on the names. Boy names are really hard.

I agree, boy names are harder than girl names. I like Garrett, Caleb, Thomas. Just a few ideas, good luck!

Curtis really likes Caleb and wanted to name Cannon - Caleb, but if you say "Caleb Browning" it sounds like "Kayla Browning". :)The B's run together. Thanks for the suggestions. Thomas was my grandpa's name - it's a nice name and a good idea.

I like names that are not really common. Usually I pair a name with a student or someone I know. I like names that don't have a lot of "history." Good luck!!! Hope you are feeling well :)

Adie! I am so excited to find your blog. Your little guy Cannon is so adorable. I don't have any amazing ideas of boys names. Sorry. Congratulations on your second. That must be pretty exciting!

Hey Adie, Try this wed site for names...it is a lot of fun and very interesting. You can type in any year and see the most popular names in America. Also, having done the two boys very close together with the same letter (Josh and Jordan) BIG mistake. Not only do we STILL get them messed up, EVERYBODY gets them messed up and it's not fair for them. Plus they look so much alike, and are basically in the same mission and have met a lot of the same people there on the Texas/Louisana border. So if you can find any name that you like better that doesn't start with the same letter I'd use it! GOOD LUCK! Love you, Cousin Kristi
