Tweedle Dee & Tweedle Dum

First off...hope you had a Happy Easter! Warning: this post is somewhat random and the picture quality is poor...do your best to keep up. I can never seem to get a good picture of the boys together. Oh well...here they are in their Easter attire. Today, April 24th is Carter's first "official" day of nursery at church because he is now 18 months. He actually has been going to nursery the past 3 months already because I am the nursery leader...but now it's truly legit! These two sure like their new trampoline. It is just the right size for them - short enough that they can get into and out of it themselves. Carter with his "hat" on and Spiderman Cannon in timeout...lately Curtis and I have been calling these two, Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum. ;)

Girls Getaway

Left to Right: Camille, Becky, Me

Tiffany (our cousin) in the middle of running the race. Not sure where we are looking.?.

Jeff almost to the finish line after 26.2 miles...this wasn't his first marathon either. I couldn't imagine running that far and for that long! Way to go Jeff!!

This weekend I got to go to SLC with my sister, Camille, so she could run The Salt Lake City half-marathon. We also went to watch/cheer on our brother-in-law, Jeff, who ran the full marathon. Our oldest sister, Becky is married to Jeff. They drove all the way from Denver. Jeff and Becky stayed at The Grand America (Beautiful). Camille and I stayed at our cousin, Tiffany's place. Tiffany ran the half-marathon...and beat her goal time by 14 minutes. Awesome! It was so inspiring to watch and cheer on the three runners...and all the other runners. Thanks Tiffany for letting us stay at your nice, nice place!!So fun to get away for a little bit. Oh, and a huge thanks to Curtis so I could go...and be at peace knowing the boys were in good hands.

P.S. Camille is really going to love the pic I picked... ;)

Elder Richard G. Scott

All of the April 2011 General Conference talks were inspiring. However, this was one of my favorites. Take the time to listen to it...no matter how many times I do, I don't get sick of it. Remember to go to the bottom of my blog and pause my playlist.
